Kevin R. Dougherty

Kevin R. Dougherty, 55, of Harrisburg, died Tuesday, July 23, 2013, at Penn State Hershey Medical Center, Derry Twp.

He was a chef at various restaurants along the eastern coast and was a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church, New Cumberland. Born in Bellefonte on March 3, 1958, he was the son of Arlene (Benninghoff) Dougherty of New Cumberland and the late Austin C. Dougherty.

In addition to his mother, surviving are two brothers, Bryan R. (Evylon) of Lewisberry, and David (Laurie) of New Cumberland; a niece, two nephews and many cousins.

Memorial services will be held on Tuesday at 11 AM in Parthemore Funeral Home and Cremation Services, New Cumberland with the Rev. Michael McFadden officiating. Burial will be in Rolling Green Memorial Park, Lower Allen Twp. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services in the funeral home.
