Kristy Kay Werner

Kristy Kay (Deckman) Werner, 67, of Mechanicsburg died Sunday, September 24, 2023 at VibraLife in Mechanicsburg after recent health struggles. 

A 1973 graduate of Cedar Cliff High School, she was a retired Proof Operator at Pennsylvania State Bank and prior to that, worked at PNC Bank for many years.  She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, Lemoyne.  Kristy adored her grandchildren and spending time with her family.  She enjoyed puzzle books, Elvis Presley music, Hallmark movies and all things Disney. 

She was born October 6, 1955 in Harrisburg to Myra Arlene (Sheaffer) Deckman and the late C. Galen Deckman.  She was also preceded in death by her brother Randy Deckman and his wife, Tina.

She is survived by her children, Michele Lynn Hines (Anthony, Jr.) of Staunton, VA and Justin Lee Werner (Deanna) of Carlisle; sisters, Jenise Miller (Jesse) of Mechanicsburg and Shelly Wickert (David) of Lewisberry; grandchildren, Jordin, Sean, Blake, Grayson, Riley, Jameson; as well as her nieces and nephews.  

Viewing will be from 2pm until funeral services at 3pm Friday, September 29, 2023, at Parthemore Funeral Home, New Cumberland.  Burial will be at 10am Saturday at Rolling Green Cemetery, Camp Hill.
