Larry A. Swick, 75, of Lewisberry went home to be with his Savior Tuesday, April 10, 2018 from UPMC Pinnacle Harrisburg Hospital.
He was a veteran of the Navy, Army, and retired from the Air Force. He retired from the former Mechanicsburg Navy Depot and was the Owner and Operator for over forty years of Swick’s Fencing, Lewisberry. He was an active member of New Life Church, New Cumberland and founding member of Red Land Little League Baseball and Red Land Midget Football. He enjoyed golfing and flying planes.
He was born July 22, 1942 in Petersburg, WV to the late Delmar and Treva (Ours) Swift. He was preceded in death by his first wife Frances A. Swick.
He is survived by his wife Constance L. Swick; two sons, Larry B. Swick of Dover and Wayne A. Swick (Cherice) of Etters; two step-children, Christina deChamplain of Shiremanstown and Ross Morrison of Lewisberry; several brothers and sisters; 4 grandchildren, Ashley, Chad, Megan, and Faith; and four great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be from 10am until funeral services at 11am Friday at New Life Church. Burial will follow in Tri-County Memorial Gardens, Fairview Twp.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are requested to New Life Church, 530 Big Spring Rd, New Cumberland, PA 17070.
