Lisa Marie Frick, 59, of Lewisberry died Sunday, November 3, 2024, surrounded by loved ones.
Lisa’s life was built upon strong, meaningful relationships, many of which began during childhood. She continued to develop deep friendships through every phase of her life. Many of these friends enjoyed her companionship for decades, and many supported her to the end.
Lisa’s ever-expanding base of relationships began at Filbert Street Elementary, progressed through Mechanicsburg High School, and into Penn State University, where she was a majorette and graduated early. Several years later, Lisa received her MBA from Lebanon Valley College. The depth and strength of the relationships that Lisa built during these years carried her through life.
She began her work experience as an elementary school teacher in Nashua, NH, and then made a major leap, transitioning into AT&T Business Services, where she met her future husband. Lisa was eventually recruited by a major client and began working for Dentsply, where she rose to the level of Vice President of IT, leading several global teams. Lisa’s career evolution and progression are a testament to her determination and ability to build lasting professional relationships as well as personal ones.
Throughout her life, Lisa was athletic, twirling from youth through college, then progressing to playing golf with her father and joining competitive leagues with close friends. As an adult, she played competitive tennis, cultivating more friendships. Sports and countless group games afforded Lisa additional opportunities to build and enjoy resilient and lasting relationships.
Lisa loved entertaining. She hosted Christmas Eve gatherings, Groundhog Day parties, and intimate gatherings at home, showering her friends and family with reminders of how much she valued them. Lisa loved to laugh and to dance. Her infectious smile and boundless joy always lifted those around her.
From an early age, Lisa was an animal lover. She engaged with every animal she could, sharing her love and joy with them all. Lisa was especially fond of her dogs, always having a loyal and loving companion in her life.
Lisa was born February 7, 1965, in Wormleysburg, PA, to Thomas and Jaqueline (Willis) Wargo. As an only child, she was an exceptionally devoted daughter, and she remained very close and supportive to her parents throughout her life. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Justin Matthew Frick, as well as several close cousins and other family members.
Private services will be held for invited family and close friends.
