Lottie M. Mcbride

Lottie M. McBride, 92, formerly of Harrisburg, passed away on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at the Bridges at Bent Creek, Mechanicsburg.

She was a retired Executive Secretary with the Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg and Office Manager for her late husband, Dr. William Wayne McBride’s medical practice. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, Harrisburg and loved feeding the birds, all animals, and Penn State football.

Lottie was born in Wells Tannery, Fulton County, PA to the late Robert and Carolyn (Rosenberry) Mosebey. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter Christine McBride.

She is survived by her children, W. Wayne McBride, Jr. of Landstuhl, Germany, Robert L. McBride of Rochester Hills, MI, John A. McBride of Hilliard, OH, Jane M. Ritchey of Dublin, OH and David F. McBride of Mechanicsburg; a sister Rebecca Fix of Chambersburg; nine grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 11 am on Thursday, October 5, 2017 in Spring Hill Cemetery, Shippensburg. There will be no viewing or visitation.
