Louis S. Steslow

Louis S. Steslow, 82 of Fairview Twp., New Cumberland, died November 10, 2019 at the UPMC Harrisburg Hospital.

Mr. Steslow was an educator in the Cumberland Valley School District; a U.S. Air Force veteran; a member of the Holy Infant Catholic Church, Manchester and the Senior Eight Ball Pool Team at the West Shore Senior Center.

Born on August 26, 1937 in Shenandoah, Schuylkill County, he was the son of the late John L. and Mary A. (Loyes) Steslow. He was also preceded in death by a brother, John, and a sister, Alma Pickel.

Surviving are his wife of 52 years, Elaine (Dacheux) Steslow; a son and his wife, Andrew R. and Genalyn Steslow of San Diego, CA; a sister, Sylvia Loeper of Reading; two grandchildren, Jacob and Matthew; nieces and nephews, Daniel Loeper, Gerald Loeper, Thomas Loeper, Barbara Ann Akin, Kathleen Luttmer and Danielle Accorsi.

A visitation and time to share with the family will be held on Thursday from 4 – 6 PM at Parthemore Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1303 Bridge St., New Cumberland.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested to the West Shore Senior Center, 122 Geary Ave, New Cumberland, PA 17070.
