Louisa D. Fisher

Louisa D. Fisher, 91, formerly of Little Egg Harbor, NJ passed away on August 27, 2024 in Bluffton, SC. She was born on October 19, 1932 in Bloomsburg, PA to the late Howard and Olive (Hill) Davenport. She resided in Harrisburg for many years, also having lived in Glen Ridge, NJ and Williamsburg, VA. Louisa was fond of art and painting. She also enjoyed decorating and design, gardening and music. 

Louisa is survived by her loving daughters, Linda Napier, Elizabeth Fisher, and Laura Miller, along with her dear sister, Hannah Seu. She will also be remembered by her three grandchildren, Benjamin Shew, Emily Miller, and Rachel Miller; and two sons-in-law, Lee Napier and Philip Miller. She is preceded in death in addition to her parents, by her husband Donald Parthemore Fisher, Jr. 

Private burial services will take place in Rolling Green Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Popcorn Park Animal Refuge, 1 Humane Way, Forked River, NJ 08731.
