Louise C. Oley

Louise C. Oley, 95, formerly of New Cumberland, died Friday, September 28, 2018, at The Woods at Cedar Run, Camp Hill. Daughter of the late Raymond and Elsie (Kauffman) Slicker, she was born on September 3, 1923, in Albany, NY.

Louise was a homemaker for most of her life, raising her four children; in more recent years, she enjoyed the time she was able to spend with her many grand and great-grandchildren. She was a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church, New Cumberland, and also a member of their Little Flower Club.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Oley. Surviving are her four children and their spouses, Robert R. Oley (Lisa L.) of Carlisle, Gregory L. Oley of Shiremanstown, Linda A. Myers (John) of Mechanicsburg, and Cassa L. Bennie (Richard) of Stanley, NC; twelve grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.

Services for Louise are private. A burial will take place at Rolling Green Cemetery, Camp Hill, at the convenience of the family.
