Lucas William Stumbaugh, 26, of Lewisberry, passed away on Tuesday, November 7, 2017.
He was an electrical technician, most recently with Handyside in Etters and several other local area contractors. Lucas, a graduate of Northern York County School District, enjoyed skateboarding and spending time with friends, especially time spent playing video games and shooting pool. He also had many pets and loved animals of all kinds, especially reptiles.
Lucas was born in Harrisburg to Larry W. Stumbaugh of Lewisberry and the late Ann Renee (Schwartz) Stumbaugh.
In addition to his father, Lucas is survived by his sister and her husband, Allegra and Patrick Hayakawa of Devon, PA; paternal grandparents Charles and Betty Stumbaugh of New Cumberland; maternal grandparents Leonard and Pearl Schwartz of Mechanicsburg; and aunts and uncles Leanne and Al Hughes, Leonard and Michele Schwartz, and Bob and Cindy Stumbaugh; many cousins; and his canine companion Eli, all of whom will miss him dearly.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 18, at West Fairview United Methodist Church, 2 State Highway, Enola, PA 17025 (corner of 2nd St. and North St. in West Fairview) with Pastor Richard Feeser officiating. Committal services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, the Stumbaugh family respectfully requests memorial contributions in his memory to the York/Adams County Drug and Alcohol Commission, 100 W. Market St. York, PA 17401-1332.
