Margaret A. "Peggie" Turnbull

Margaret A. “Peggie” Turnbull, 73, of Middletown, passed away on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 in her residence.

She was a retired licensed practical nurse with Allegheny Valley School, Middletown, a member of Trinity Evangelical Congregational Church, Rutherford and a 1967 graduate of Harrisburg School District Program of Practical Nursing. Peggie enjoyed camping, cross-stitching, Baking (especially apple pies and cream puffs) and taking care of people. Most important of all though, for Peggie, was her time spent with her family.

Peggie was born in Harrisburg, the daughter of the late John A. and Elizabeth (Shultz) Raudenbush.

She was the widow of Thomas E. Turnbull, Jr. and is survived by her children, Thomas J. “TJ” Turnbull and wife Lisa of Middletown and Adlain A. “Addie” Milheim and husband Shane of Mansfield; four grandchildren, Madison and Mallory Milheim and Raegan and Jase Turnbull; her grand-dog Bentlee; niece Karen Rex; 2 nephews Christopher (Cassie) Rex and Matthew (Sam) Rex; many loving cousins; and special friends Bob, Marlene, and Karen Jenson.

Funeral services will be held at 5 pm on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 in Parthemore Funeral home & Cremation Services, New Cumberland with the Rev. Dr. Keith Blank, her pastor officiating. Viewing will be from 3-5 pm prior to the service Wednesday in the funeral home. Burial will be held at 11 am on Thursday, January 20, 2022 in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA.
