Mary Agnes (Grubic/McCaslin) Jackson, 95, of New Cumberland, died Friday, May 21, 2021, at the Middletown Home, Middletown.
She was the daughter of the late Frank and Eva (Knoll) Grubic, and the widow of both John R. McCaslin and Charles L. Jackson. She was also preceded in death by her son, John R. “Jack” McCaslin Jr., two sisters, Theresa Benkovic and Katherine Hermann, and two brothers, Frank F. Jr. and Edward F. Grubic.
“Aggie” was a member of both the American Legion and the V.F.W. auxiliaries in New Cumberland. She was a life member of St. Theresa Catholic Church in New Cumberland. She was employed in various positions in her life with her final position being a pharmacy technician at the Medicine Shoppe in New Cumberland.
Surviving is her daughter, Beth A. Arnett; two stepdaughters, Susan Stoner and Brenda Robinson, both of New Cumberland; a sister, Genevieve McGann; many nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM on Wednesday in St. Theresa Catholic Church, 1300 Bridge Street, New Cumberland, with the Rev. William Barbee as Celebrant. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Swatara Twp. Viewing will be held 6 – 8 PM Tuesday at Parthemore Funeral Home and Cremation Services, New Cumberland.
