Mary C. Boob

Mary C. Boob, 91, of Camp Hill died Monday, June 29, 2015 at her home.
She worked for Lower Allen Twp. Police as a school crossing guard. She was a member of St. Theresa Parish, New Cumberland having served as the first female usher and Lower Allen VFW Post 7530 Women’s Auxiliary.
She was born December 15, 1923 in Harrisburg to the late Pietro and Lucia (Serventi) Piccolo. She was the widow of Paul E. Boob.
She is survived by a son, Richard R. of Harrisburg; daughter, Paula M. Leisenring (Scot) of Mechanicsburg; her best friend, Frank Greenawalt of Mechanicsburg; two grandchildren, Drew and Jennifer; and a great-granddaughter, Charlotte.
Visitation will be from 9:30 to 10:30am Thursday at Parthemore Funeral Home, New Cumberland.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11am Thursday at St. Theresa Catholic Church, New Cumberland. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Swatara Twp.
