Mary E. Miller

Mary E. Miller, 88, of Carlisle, formerly of Lemoyne died Sunday, March 26, 2017 at Chapel Pointe at Carlisle.

She was a graduate of Lemoyne High School, Class of 1947. She was a lifetime member of First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), Lemoyne.

She was born May 21, 1928 in Camp Hill to the late Bert and Martha Jane (Snook) Graham. She was also preceded in death by her siblings, Paul and Lester Graham, Dorothy Slagle and Nancy Cassatt.

She is survived by her husband of sixty-nine years, Alvin L. “Bussie” Miller; a son, Stephen E. Miller of Mechanicsburg; two daughters, Patricia I. Wilson (Warren) of New Cumberland and Pamela Suter (Kurt) of Mechanicsburg; several nieces and nephews; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Viewing will be from 10am until funeral services at 11am Thursday at Parthemore Funeral Home, New Cumberland. The Rev. Stephen P. Motter will officiate. Burial will follow in Rolling Green Cemetery.

The family would like to thank the staff of Chapel Pointe for the loving care they gave to Mary.
