Mary L. (Iadecola) Deppen, 71, of Camp Hill, died Saturday, March 8, 2014 at Carolyn Croxton Slane Residence, a Service of Hospice of Central PA, Susquehanna Twp.
She was retired as a Patient Advocate from Holy Spirit Hospital. She was a member of St. Theresa Parish, New Cumberland where she was active and a Eucharistic Minister. She enjoyed spending time with, and attending her grandchildren’s events.
She was born January 4, 1943 in Harrisburg to the late Frank and Louwella (Shoeman) Iadecola.
She is survived by her husband, Nevin A. Deppen; two sons, John F. (Denise) and Jeff (Maura Keller) both of New Cumberland; two daughters, Lisa Deppen Anstadt (Doug) of Gladwyne and Kimberly A. Deppen DeChambeau (Michael) of Amherst, NH; a brother, Frank J. Iadecola of Camp Hill; and nine grandchildren, Jenna, Philip, Leah, Nicholas, Christopher, Kathryn, Jeremy, Hannah, and Emily.
Viewings will be held from 6 to 8pm Wednesday with a Scripture service at 7:45pm and 9:30 to 10:30am Thursday at Parthemore Funeral Home, New Cumberland.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11am Thursday at St. Theresa Catholic Church, New Cumberland with The Rev. Tiburtius Antony Raja as Celebrant. Committal will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Swatara Twp.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Central PA, 1320 Linglestown Rd.
