Mary Linda Willoughby

Mary Linda Willoughby, 76, of Fairview Twp., New Cumberland, died Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at UPMC Harrisburg Hospital. She was a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church, New Cumberland.

Born on November 1, 1946 in Altoona, she was the daughter of the late Edwin G. and Mary F. (Swope) Wertz. She was preceded in death by a son, Scott M. Willoughby, a brother, Tom Wertz and a sister, Carol Temofont.

Surviving are her former husband, Roy A. Willoughby; son, Brian K. Willoughby (Karen B.) of New Cumberland; brothers and sisters, Marian Bumamn of Bedford, MA; Anna Mae Hatch of Salem, OH; Mary Lucilla of Greensburg, PA; Ed Wertz of Baltimore, MD; Elizabeth Guy of Loveland, OH; Denny Wertz of Dillsburg, PA; and Joe Wertz of Dillsburg, PA; two grandchildren, Logan and Kira Willoughby; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held at 3 PM on Thursday in Parthemore Funeral Home and Cremation Services, New Cumberland, with the Rev. Anthony Dill officiating. Visitation will be held from 1PM until 3PM Thursday, December 29 at the funeral home. At the request of the family, please refrain from sending flowers.
