Mary D. Lujanac

Mary D. Lujanac, 71, of New Cumberland, died Friday, May 19, 2023, at Penn State Health Hampden Medical Center, Enola.

She was a retired Accounting Supervisor at Defense Finance Accounting Service.  She loved traveling with her siblings, Wednesday Sisters Night, reading, word search puzzles, and especially spending time with her grandson.

She was born September 5, 1951, in Waukegan, IL to the late Paul L. and Patricia V. Lujanac.  She was also preceded in death by her brother Stephen.

She is survived by her daughter, Marissa Kumar (Nirmalan) of Fort Mill, SC, and their son Dario; brothers, Paul T. of FL, Michael P. of FL, Thomas P. of PA, John M. of CT; sisters Melanie Thompson of PA, Patti Weber of PA, Leanne Lujanac of AZ, Lisa McGroarty of PA, Jan Carelock of PA; and many nieces and nephews.  Mary was anxiously awaiting the arrival of her second grandchild, Valentina.

Visitation will be held at 11am Friday, May 26th at Parthemore Funeral Home, New Cumberland.  Committal will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, West Hanover Twp.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
