Matthew B. Donahue

Matthew B. Donahue, 59, of Camp Hill, passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2016 in his residence with his loving family at his side.

He was the owner and operator of Matthew Donahue Courier Service and a member of St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, Shiremanstown. He was a member of the Lower Allen VFW Post 7530, Camp Hill, an avid Washington Redskins fan, and thoroughly enjoyed his trips to Aruba. But more than anything, his greatest loves in life were his wife, family and friends.

Matt was born in West Chester, PA to the late William and Betty (Zeigler) Donahue. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter Alicia A. Donahue.

He is survived by his wife Wanda L. (Steinmetz) Donahue; children, Adam L. Donahue and wife Stephanie of Collingwood, Ontario, Canada and Amanda A. Donahue of New Cumberland; sisters, Kathleen and Melissa Donahue, both of Honesdale, PA; grandchildren, Averi Taylor, Kaden Hebb, Logan Harrigan, Barrett Donahue and Walker Donahue; mother in law Betty Steinmetz of Bangor, PA; and brothers in law, Craig Steinmetz and wife Tracie of Bangor and Todd Steinmetz and wife Yen of Bangor.

A memorial service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, February 6, 2016 in Parthemore Funeral Home & Cremation Services, New Cumberland. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to service time in the funeral home.
