Megan N. Walters was born July 7th, 1977 in Harrisburg, PA to Debra Butler and the late Tyrone Peck.
She departed from this life on Tuesday August 11th, 2015.
Megan was the first born twin and her sister is Mandy Holland. Derrek Butler is the oldest sibling and the youngest child is Tyrone Peck.
On August, 21 1994 Megan was blessed with the birth of her daughter Jazmine
Megan graduated from William Penn High School in Harrisburg PA. She continued her education by successfully completing the requirements for an Associate’s Degree in Business Education from Harrisburg Area Community College. Megan was also a Notary Public.
People remember Megan for her pleasant outgoing personality. She always made people feel comfortable and special. Her hobbies included listening to her favorite artist Bob Marley, taking walks in the park, watching movies, and attending special social events. Megan is survived by her daughter Jazmine Walters, her mother Debra Butler, her twin sister Mandy and brother-in-law James Holland, her two brothers Derrek Butler and Tyrone Peck Grandmother/Glanda Rudy and nephew Anthony Walters. Also, all Peck Relations: Uncles, Aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
Memorial services will be held at 11 AM on Saturday at Mount Calvary Church of God and Christ, 1830 N. 5th St, Harrisburg.
