Melvin P. Fishel

Melvin P. “Chuck” Fishel, III, 56, of Liberty, PA, formerly of New Cumberland, Pa died peacefully on Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at Harrisburg Hospital with his family by his side.
A Decorated Marine Corp Veteran of Grenada and Beirut, he was a retired Supervisor from Water Rescue Services, Fort Worth, TX. An avid hunter and outdoorsman, he was a member of Hillside Rod and Gun Club.
He was proceeded in death by his father, Melvin P. Fishel Jr. and by his grandparents.
He is survived by his wife, Gail I. (Glines) Fishel of York Haven; daughter, Shannon I. Stone (Michael) of New Cumberland; grandson Dylan of New Cumberland; mother, Thelma J. Fishel of Camp Hill; siblings, John E., Sr. of Wormleysburg, Wanda M. Seibert of Harrisburg, and Jeffrey L. (Joan) of New Cumberland ; numerous nieces and nephews and his dog Sassy.
Viewing will be from 9:30 am until funeral service at 10:30 am Saturday at Parthemore Funeral Home, New Cumberland. Burial will follow in Rolling Green Cemetery.
