Michael Paul Donovan, 31, of Joshua, TX, formerly of New Cumberland, died Friday, July 26, 2019, at his family home.
He was a Project Manager for Fast Action Restoration, Joshua, TX. He was a 2007 graduate of Canton Area High School, Canton, PA, where he was an accomplished football player, but his real passion was baseball where he excelled in many different positions. Michael liked all sports and was a lifelong Phillies and Eagles fan. After moving to Texas, he enjoyed attending Texas Rangers games with his brother/best friend, Joe, and it’s here he leaves behind many treasure memories.
Born on February 19, 1988, in Harrisburg, he was the son of Mark and Nancy McCollum of New Cumberland, and Paul and Regina Donovan of Jefferson Township, PA
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Joseph M. Donovan of Joshua, TX; a sister, Rose K. Donovan of Arlington, TX; maternal grandmother, Ruth B. Fulton of Easton, MD; Paternal grandmother, Dawn A. McCollum of New Cumberland; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
