Millie L. Dean

Millie L. Dean, 82, of New Cumberland, passed away on Saturday, November 20, 2021 while living at the Courtyard Gardens Home in Middletown. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Dorothy (Stone) Ralston, born on December 3, 1938 in Philipsburg.

Millie was a wonderful mother and nurturer to friends and family alike. She spent most of her years tending to the home and raising her children, and she always had a soft spot for animals – especially dogs. Millie always put others first, and she cherished the time she was able to spend with her grandchildren.

Surviving Millie are her daughters, Sherry L. Keath (husband, Ned) of Hershey, and Lisa J. Anderson of Red Lion; four sisters, Lois Pollen, Lorretta Krause, Arlene Vershack, and Bonnie Ralston; eight grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence E. Dean; three children, Deborah A. Colpetzer, Toni R. Folson, and Kenneth W. Walstrom; and several brothers and sisters.

A public funeral service will be held at 11AM on Monday, November 29, 2021 at Parthemore Funeral Home & Cremation Services, New Cumberland. A viewing will be held the hour prior to services in the funeral home. Burial will take place following services in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Fairview Twp.
