Nancy H. Shelley

Nancy H. Shelley, 79 of Etters died Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at her daughter’s home in Fairview Twp.
She was an Admissions Secretary and also worked in Administration at Holy Spirit Hospital. She later worked at the Capitol for the Pennsylvania Legislative Reference Bureau as a proof reader retiring in 1994. She had a great sense of humor, was loving and kind hearted, and cherished her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, baking, and photography.
She was born August 2, 1934 in East Salem, PA to the late Harry and Pauline (Kauffman) Hart.
She is survived by her daughter, Susan Butler of New Cumberland; son, Steven Shelley (Karen) of Orlando, FL; two brothers, Robert Hart (Will) of McAlisterville and Thomas Hart (Ruth Ann) of Mifflintown; a granddaughter, Carly Butler of New Cumberland; two great-grandsons, Davion and Zahfaren; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 11am Tuesday at Parthemore Funeral Home and Cremation Services, New Cumberland. There will be no viewing or visitation.
