Nita M. Stout, 45, of Fairview Twp., Lewisberry, died Saturday, February 20th, 2016 due to injuries sustained in a pedestrian/automobile accident.
Nita was a follower and believer in Jesus Christ, the wife of Kevin and mother of four precious boys- Charles, Chase, Chad, and CJ. She was a childcare provider and took care of her family; a member of Mt. Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Lewisberry, and was also its Youth Group Advisor. A prayer warrior of MOMS in Prayer International. Nita was a fan of all the sports that her sons played and cheered for everyone. She enjoyed cooking, walking and serving others. Born on May 6th, 1970, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Veronica (Das) Mendez. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Titus Mendes.
Surviving are her husband, the Rev. Kevin C. Stout; four sons, Charles E., Chase M., Chad K. and Chance J. "CJ", all at home; a brother, Morris Mendes of Shonapur, Bangladesh; two sisters, Evelyn Kumarnath of Shonapur, Bangladesh, and Prova Karmokar of New York City, NY; nieces and nephews, Nick Forry, Elliot, Evan and Olivia Moore; Beni Karmokar of USA; and Ringu, Joe, Arnold, Steven and Bithi all of Bangladesh.
Memorial services will be held at 11 AM on Saturday at Mt. Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Lewisberry with the Rev. Timothy L. Hoffman officiating. Visitation will be held from 5 – 8 PM Friday at Mt. Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church.
