Norma L. King, 84, of New Cumberland, died Monday, March 4, 2019, at her home.
She retired as Division Secretary for Highmark Blue Shield, Camp Hill; she was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, New Cumberland, and an auxiliary member of the American Legion Post 143, New Cumberland. Mrs. King was also a volunteer for the Nobody’s Cat foundation, Camp Hill.
Born on September 13, 1934, in Schenectady, NY, she was the daughter of Alfred and Gladys (Earring) Reynolds. She was the widow of Thomas J. King and was also preceded in death by a daughter, Debra A. King.
Surviving are two daughters, Susan L. King of Las Vegas, NV, and Linda J. Elliott of New Cumberland; a son, Thomas A. King of Boynton Beach, FL; two sisters, Eileen of Canandaigua, NY, and Freda Carlson of New Cumberland; eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2PM on Monday at Trinity United Methodist Church, 415 Bridge Street, New Cumberland, with the Rev. Arun Andrews officiating. Burial will be in Rolling Green Memorial Park, Lower Allen Twp.
Viewing will be held one hour prior to services in the church on Monday.
