Patricia A. Hunsicker

Patricia A. Hunsicker, 90, of Harrisburg, Pa. went to be with her Lord and Savior peacefully surrounded by her loving family.

She was a retired unit secretary from the emergency department at Community General Osteopathic Hospital for many years. She was a past president of VFW Post 148, district president of the VFW's women’s auxiliary. She was a wonderful mother and her greatest joy in life was her grandchildren, she loved her kids! 

She was born October 29, 1934 in Harrisburg to the late Calvin Leroy and Dorothy (Gladfelter) Corkle. She was the widow of Lewis Henry Hunsicker. 

Patricia is survived by her daughters, Brenda L. Pringle (Dave) of KY, Luanne Cigic (Mike) of Harrisburg, and Traci L. Schaner of Camp Hill; brother, Mike Corkle of Fla. ; four grandchildren, David, Brian, Matthew, and Gabrielle; and five great-grandchildren, Quinn, Faith, Nathaniel, Jeremy, and Megan. Patricia was preceded in death by her brother Gerald Corkle.

Viewing will be from 10 until funeral services at 11am Friday, February 21, 2025 at Parthemore Funeral Home, New Cumberland. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
