Paul E. Dougherty

Paul E. Dougherty, 90, of Lower Allen Twp., passed away on Friday, November 27, 2020.

He was a retired product manager with AMP, Inc., Harrisburg and a U.S. Air Force veteran. He was a member of the former First United Methodist Church of Harrisburg; a former coach and president of the Harrisburg West Baseball League where as a coach he won three consecutive championships; and a former member and past president of SPEBSQSA, the Barbershop Harmony Society.

Paul was born in Harrisburg to the late Edward and Clara (Shafer) Dougherty.

He was the widower of Lois (Adams) Dougherty and is survived by his son Chuck Dougherty (Sherry Bittinger) of New Cumberland; brothers, Fred of Highspire and Ronald of Mechanicsburg; two grandchildren, Charlie Dougherty (Melissa) and Sarah Wise (Michael); and three great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 in Parthemore Funeral Home & Cremation Services, New Cumberland. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service and burial will be in Rolling Green Cemetery, Lower Allen Twp.
