Paul E. Yohe, 85, of Lower Paxton Twp., passed away on Monday, March 6, 2017 in his residence.
He was a Marine veteran of the Korean War in which he was a survivor of the Chosin Reservoir Campaign. He was a retired professional truck driver for Bayard Sales Corporation, Middletown, and after his retirement, he drove for Penske Truck Leasing, Harrisburg. Paul really enjoyed the company of his Sheetz coffee buddies.
Paul was a member of Living Water Community Church, Harrisburg; VFW Post 148, Harrisburg; and American Legion Post 945, Harrisburg.
He was born in Enola, PA to the late John E. and Kathryn (Wiseman) Yohe.
Paul is survived by his wife of more than 56 years, Virginia O. (Wilt) Yohe; a daughter Debra L. Brainard of Harrisburg; a grandson Bryan Paul Brainard of Marlton, NJ; and a granddaughter Kimberly Brainard of Frederick, MD. Additionally, he was preceded in death by a son Bryan L. Leicht, two brothers, John and Charles, and two sisters, Mary Reed and Kathryn Stalter.
Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Monday, March 13, 2017 in Living Water Community Church, 206 Oakleigh Ave. Harrisburg, PA 17111 with Pastor Michael Leonzo, his pastor officiating. Viewing will be held one hour prior to services in the church. Burial will be in Paddletown Cemetery, Newberry Twp., PA at 1:30 pm Monday.
