Phillip Ralph Waugh, 83, formerly of Mechanicsburg and Milton, PA died Saturday, March 19, 2016, at Holy Spirit Hospital, East Pennsboro Twp.
Born July 8, 1932 in Orange, NY, Phil was the son of the late Claude T. and Inez P. (Willeke) Waugh. Phil was a retiree of American Home Products where he worked both as a production manager and in new product development at the Milton, PA location; he was an Army Korean War Veteran; a former member of the Milton Historical Society and a former volunteer for Meals on Wheels, the United Way and the Red Cross. Phil was an avid bowler and enjoyed spending time with his family.
Surviving are his wife of nearly 60 years, Lorraine T. (Valade) Waugh; two sons: James B. and wife Diane of Ewing, NJ; Jon T. and wife Melissa of Peachtree Corners, GA; and two daughters: Janet E. and fiancé Ron Pluto of Turnersville, NJ; and Julie A. Samuel and husband Tom of Enola; plus four grandchildren: Lance, Griffin, Leah and Parker.
Services will be held at a later date to be announced by the family.
