Richard Allen Saar

Richard Allen Saar, Rick, 49 of Lewisberry, PA passed away Wednesday, February 3, 2021 surrounded by God’s love and the love of his family.

He was a loving husband to Lisa (Rovito) Saar and a devoted father to Jacob Tyler Saar and Kylie Rae Saar. Rick’s family was the greatest blessing in his life and he loved them deeply. Rick was a genuinely kind and caring person who wanted to help and support everyone he met, especially children. He was thoughtful and bright and he made people happy just to be near him.

He is survived by his wife and children, as well as his mother, Patricia (Carey) Saar, his brother Robert Saar, his sister Theresa Saar, and many more loved ones.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated by Monsignor King at 11am Friday, February 12th at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish, 310 Hertzler Rd., Mechanicsburg, PA 17055. Committal will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Upper Allen Twp. Those unable to attend Rick's funeral Mass may view via Live Stream at https://www.steas.net/specialevents/ .
