Robert E. Mccreary

Robert E. McCreary, 74, of Highland Estates, Camp Hill, died Sunday, August 4, 2013 surrounded by his loving family in Holy Spirit Hospital, East Pennsboro Twp.
He was the owner/operator of McCreary Residential Remodeling & Repairs; a 1958 graduate of New Cumberland High School; a member of the New Cumberland Olde Towne Assn. and the Harrisburg Senators Fan Club; and thoroughly enjoyed gardening.
Bob was born in Harrisburg to the late Paul T. and Sylvia (Brumbaugh) McCreary. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Patricia (Herr) McCreary, a daughter Pamela A. Crone and a sister Helen Rein.
He is survived by his children, Brett P. McCreary and wife Cheryl of Lisburn and Kelly M. Losh and husband Rob of Camp Hill; sister Jane A. McCreary of Fairview Twp.; brothers, Clair T. of Fairview Twp. and Paul T. of New Cumberland; a special friend, Kathy Hooper; grandchildren Jennifer Orth, Shannon Strauser, Andrew Book, Page Gottdiner, Ryan McCreary, John Losh, Justin Losh and Brittney Losh; four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 11 am on Friday, August 9, 2013 in Camp Hill United Methodist Church. Visitation will be one hour prior to services in the church. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Fairview Twp.
