Robert L. Cline

Robert L. Cline, 64, of Lower Allen Twp., Camp Hill, and formerly of New Cumberland, died Wednesday, February 24, 2021, at UPMC West Shore Hospital, Hampden Twp.

He retired as a manager for Advance Auto Parts, Lemoyne. Robert was a faithful, dedicated servant to his community. Robert was a life member with Fairview Township Fire Department, New Cumberland River Rescue, and New Cumberland Fire Department.

Born on September 20, 1956, in Mechanicsburg, he was the son of the late Isaac S. "Beanie" Jr. and Betty R. (Fox).

Surviving are his son, Tye R. Cline of New Cumberland, his sister, Linda R. Cline of Camp Hill, and his dear friends, Cindy Anderson of New Cumberland and Annie M. Fields of Harrisburg.

Also surviving are the many adopted children and grandchildren of the fire and EMS departments that Robert has guided and supported over the years.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday from 5-7 pm at Parthemore Funeral Home and Cremation Services, New Cumberland. Robert's final request was to have everyone dressed down and comfortable; he absolutely requested that formal clothing NOT be worn.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to any local fire department.
