Robert L. Oley

Robert L. Oley, 94, of New Cumberland died Friday, January 16, 2015 at Hospice House, Hospice of Central PA, Susquehanna Twp.
A WWII and Korean Navy Veteran, he was a retired Air Traffic Controller from Capital City Airport, New Cumberland. During WWII he was awarded three air medals. He was a member of St. Theresa Parish, New Cumberland, American Legion Post 143 and VFW Post 7415 New Cumberland, and D.A.V. Chapter 50, Camp Hill.
He was born October 25, 1920 in Hazelton to the late Stanley and Catherine Olejniczak.
He is survived by his wife Louise C. (Slicker) Oley; two sons, Robert R. (Lisa) of Boiling Springs and Gregory L. of New Cumberland; two daughters, Linda A. Myers (John) of Mechanicsburg and Cassa L. Bennie (Richard) of Charlotte, NC; twelve grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
