Rodney H. Myers, 52, of Fairview Twp., Etters, died Saturday, July 23, 2016 at Select Medical – Holy Spirit Hospital.

He was a Sales Engineer for H. E. Myers and Associates, Inc., New Cumberland; a 1982 graduate of Red Land High School, Lewisberry; a member of RSES Refrigeration Service Engineers Society, and St. Theresa Catholic Church, New Cumberland. Rodney was an avid cyclist and member of US Cycling Federation. He raced with the following cycling teams, All Sport Wendy’s, Bucks County, Navigators, Liberty Cycling, World Cup Ski & Sport, Skyline, Monster Healthcare Vellum, and Lancaster Regional Cycling. He was also an avid skier.
Born on February 7, 1964, he was the son of Harold E. and Carol A. (Reinfeld) Myers of Camp Hill.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his son, Samuel C. Myers of New Cumberland, currently living in New York City preparing to attend College this fall, Sister, Sharon C. Held and her Son, Jude H. Held of Miami, Florida, his maternal grandmother, Lillian L. Costello of Mechanicsburg, PA., numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and Girlfriend Kathleen Braddock.

A private Memorial Service will be held at the convenience of the family with a Celebration of Life to be held at a time and date to be announced in the Patriot News in the near future.
