Ruby Sollenberger

Ruby Sollenberger, 93, of Camp Hill, PA and formerly Chambersburg,PA died Sunday, July 10, 2016 at Luther Village, Lititz.
She was born September 14, 1922 in Thief River Falls, MN to the late Simon and Selma (Zakarison) Brieland.
After attending St. Cloud State Teachers College, she and Eugene were married and settled in Chambersburg, PA. Together they raised their son, Philip, and eventually moved to Camp Hill, PA.
She was a School Psychologist in Franklin County School District, Chambersburg. She also worked for the PA Dept. of Health and PA Dept. of Education Harrisburg. She was a former member of Harrisburg Bridge Club and Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, Camp Hill.
She is survived by her husband, H. Eugene Sollenberger; son, Phillip E. (Patti) of Akron; brother, Oscar Brieland of Apple Valley, MN; sister , Mildred Hartleben of Eagan, MN; three grandchildren, Randy E., Katie H. Bickerstaff, and Kevin P.; and two great-grandchildren, Ellie and Waverly Bickerstaff.
Visitation will be from 10am until funeral services at 11am Monday, July 25th at Parthemore Funeral Home, New Cumberland. Burial will follow in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, East Hanover.
