Russell Sylvestor Coulson

October 1, 1934 — April 4, 2016

Russell Sylvester Coulson, Jr. 81, of New Cumberland died Monday, April 4, 2016 at his home.
An Army Veteran, serving in the Signal Corp, he was a retired Process Engineer from DuPont. He was a member of Harrisburg First Church of the Brethren; New Cumberland Lions Club; Fire Department Auxiliary; and American Legion Post 143. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, jigsaw puzzles, woodworking, football, and especially spending time with his grandchildren.
He was born October 1, 1934 in Harrisburg to the late Russell S. and Gertrude Ruth (Zimmerman) Coulson, Sr.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothea J. (Crozier) Coulson; two sons, William Russell Coulson, Sr. (Molly) of Lemoyne and Timothy L. Coulson (Kelley) of Marriottsville, MD; nieces and nephews; and five grandchildren, Coral, Tylor, Erin, Paige, and William, Jr.
Visitation will be from 10am until the memorial service at 11am Saturday at Harrisburg First Church of the Brethren. Belita D. Mitchell, Senior Pastor will officiate. Private interment will be in Rolling Green Cemetery, Lower Allen Twp.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested to the Living Witness Fund of Harrisburg First Church of the Brethren, 219 Hummel Street, Harrisburg, PA 17104
