Ruth M. Maddy

Ruth M. Maddy, 88, of Camp Hill, passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2015 in Vibra Life, Upper Allen Twp.

She was a retired office manager for West Shore Wage Tax Bureau and formerly worked as a manager for Merchant’s Green Stamp Store, Colonial Park, Harrisburg. Ruth was a member of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, Camp Hill where she was active with its Altar Guild and was a 50 year member of the Capital City Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star.

Ruth was born in Nanticoke, PA to the late Stanley and Emma (Salloga) Buckholtz.

She was the widow of John Maddy, Jr. and is survived by her son Robert S. Maddy and wife Brenda of Mechanicsburg; a grandson J. Michael Maddy and his husband Fredo Arceo of AZ; a great grandson Matthew Arceo-Maddy; and a brother in law James Cain of New Castle, DE.

Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family in Rolling Green Cemetery, Lower Allen Twp.
