Sean Michael Walton, Sr., 37, of Harrisburg and formerly of Camp Hill, passed away in January of this year as a result of a fall into the Susquehanna River.
He was a supervisor, most recently with Fisher Auto Parts, Middletown. He enjoyed fishing, motorcycle dirt bikes, grilling, music, the outdoors, and always dreamed of traveling to and experiencing Alaska. But more than anything, Sean loved his family and was an exceptional father.
Sean was born in Harrisburg to Theresa (Hughes) Costa of Camp Hill and Bertran David Walton of Newville.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his fiancée Kimberly M. James; his six children, Janessa A. Walton, Sean M. Walton, Jr., Dominic S. Walton, Julianna M. Walton, Shyann M. Walton and Rose L. Walton, all of Harrisburg; and a brother Dave Walton of York.
A crypt side service of committal will be held at 1 pm on Monday, April 22, 2019 in Rolling Green Cemetery, Lower Allen Twp. There will be no viewing or visitation.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions in Sean’s memory to Bethesda Mission, PO Box 3041, Harrisburg, PA 17105.
