Sharon O. Burke

Sharon O. Burke, 63, of Camp Hill passed away on February 29, 2024, after a lengthy illness. 

Sharon loved her family immensely and enjoyed hosting holiday dinners and summer BBQs. She had a big heart and was a giving person. Sharon enjoyed traveling and going to the beach.

Sharon was born January 15, 1961, in Harrisburg to the late Henry and Mary Jean (Nini) Orfanelli. She is survived by her loving husband of 33 years, John F. Burke. 

Sharon is also survived by her siblings Richard Orfanelli of Hummelstown, Robert Orfanelli (Dina) of Grantville, Susan Orfanelli of Lemoyne, James Orfanelli (Kim) of Colonial Park, John Orfanelli of Colonial Park; and many nieces and nephews.

Sharon was a 1979 graduate of Central Dauphin High School. She was the owner and operator of American Library Consultants along with her husband. She was a member of Post 7415 VFW in New Cumberland.  

Sharon's life and spirit will be remembered and honored at A Celebration of Life held on Saturday, March 23 at the New Cumberland VFW, 109 3^rd Street, begining at 11:30 a.m.

Sharon loved her pets and was an advocate of animals. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Sharon's honor to the Pennsylvania SPCA at www.pspca.org/donate.
