Sharon M. O’Toole, 76, of Allendale, Lower Allen Twp., PA, passed away Wednesday, April 23, 2014 in her residence with her husband by her side.
She was a retired Administrative Assistant for the PA Department of Corrections, Camp Hill. Additionally, she was a member of Christ Presbyterian Church, Camp Hill and its choir, a graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington, IN and a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority Alumni Association.
Sharon was born in Bloomington, IN to the late Dr. Charles and Mary Frances (Marxson) Wylie. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son Kevin Reed Long.
She is survived by her husband Terrence G. O’Toole; two sons, Scott D. Long and wife Cici of Chicago, IL and Andrew Wylie Long and wife Sherylkee of Carmel, IN; a stepson Brian P. O’Toole and wife Carolyn of O’Fallon, MO; two stepdaughters, Theresa M. Roberts and husband William of St. Louis, MO; and Kathleen M. Tsikteris of Albuquerque, NM; two brothers, Dr. Robert Wylie and wife Nancy of Bloomington, IN and William Wylie and wife Danna of Bloomington, IN; three grandchildren and eight step grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 2:30 pm on Friday, May 16, 2014 in Christ Presbyterian Church, 421 Deerfield Rd. Camp Hill, PA 17011 with the Rev. Ellen Crawford True, her pastor officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to services Friday in the church. Committal services will be in the Memorial Garden of her church and Rose Hill Cemetery, Bloomington, IN.
