Sheri Lynn Askew

Sheri Lynn Askew, 62, of New Cumberland, Fairview Twp. died Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at her home with her family close by. 

She worked for the Pennsylvania State Police at the headquarters on Elmerton Ave. in Harrisburg.  She was a graduate of Elizabethtown College and a fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Pittsburgh Pirates.

She was born May 9, 1961 in Spangler, PA to the late Harry E. and Sharon (Selby) Askew.

She is survived by her daughter, Lacey Fowler; son, Lance Fowler; caregiver, Kevin Fowler; and sister, Tammi Richard.

The family would like to acknowledge the wonderful care provided to Sheri from Missy, Lynsey, Breanna, Sarah, and Chaplain Dan from Homeland at Home Hospice.

Visitation will be from 3pm until memorial services at 4pm Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at Parthemore Funeral Home, New Cumberland.
