Sieglinde K. Fulton, age 80, of New Cumberland, entered eternal rest on Friday, November 19, 2021 at her daughter and son-in-law’s residence under Hospice Care. She was born on July 2, 1941 in Schraudenbach, Germany to the late Nikolaus and Anna Maria Klein. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of forty-nine years, Leon H. Fulton, whom she married in 1959.
Raised in the small town of Schraudenbach, she developed a strong work ethic, a love of animals, and a connection to family. Her greatest joys in life were the successes of her children and her grandchildren. She enjoyed reading, cooking unique dishes, planting flowers, and enjoying a glass of wine or beer with neighbors and friends on the porch.
She is survived by her three children, Robert Fulton, Crystal Dunmire (Kevin), and Mark Fulton (Kristen); and six grandchildren, Jacob Fulton, Benjamin and Kaylin Dunmire, Joshua, Colby, and Noah Fulton. She also leaves behind several dear friends, an aunt and cousins in her native land, and her two furry companions.
A celebration of life will be held privately at the discretion of her loving family. We wish to thank Hospice of Central PA for their comforting and supportive care in our mother’s brief illness. “To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die.” – Thomas Campbell.
