Sydney 'Skip' K. Stoner, Jr., 56, of Lewisberry died Thursday, January 8, 2015 at York Hospital.
He was the owner of Cycle Tech in Lewisberry, PA. A 1976 graduate of Red Land High School, he was a member of the American Motorcycle Association, South Penn Enduro Riders, and Goldsboro Fireman’s Club. His passions were motorcycles, cooking, and completely supporting his son’s motorcycle racing.
He was born June 22, 1958 in Harrisburg to Sydney K. and Janet (Jones) Stoner, Sr.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Lisa; daughter, Sarah 'Danni' Stoner of Camp Hill; two sons, Edward 'Derrick' Stoner (Sarah) of Sicklerville, NJ, and Jerod Stoner of Lewisberry; two brothers, Jay and Glen of Lewisberry; and 1 nephew.
Visiting will be from 5 to 7 Monday at Parthemore Funeral Home, New Cumberland.
Funeral services will be held at 11am Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Emanuel Cemetery, Fairview Twp. We ask that everyone please dress casually.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested to be made to the American Motorcyclists Association or the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 897, Hershey, PA 17033.
