Tammy Lynn Amey

Tammy Lynn Amey, 50, of New Cumberland, PA, passed away on Thursday, March 13, 2025, at Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill. She was the daughter of Beverly A. (Henderson) Wiles and the late Thomas Wiles, born on December 4, 1974, in Harrisburg.

Living in South Central PA all her life, Tammy worked in food services with her mother, most notably running the snack bar at the former PennDot building in Harrisburg. She enjoyed bingo and playing scratch-off lottery tickets, but spending time with her family—especially her daughter, Maddie—was what made her happiest. She had a knack for making others laugh, and she loved her six bunnies and three cats.

Surviving Tammy is her daughter, Madison Sviben of New Cumberland; mother, Beverly Wiles of New Cumberland; sister, Janice Smith (Jerry McKee) of Newville; nephews, Shane Meise and David Thompson; and a great-nephew, Owen Thompson.

Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
