Thelma L. Bonarrigo

Thelma L. Bonarrigo, 86, of New Cumberland, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at home. She was born on December 13, 1926 in Pittsburgh, PA. She was the daughter of the late Lawrence J. Barry and Louise M. (Barie) Barry.
Thelma was a homemaker and a member of Saint Theresa Catholic Church, New Cumberland. She loved books, and enjoyed reading, solving the daily Patriot News Cryptoquote and traveling.
Surviving is her husband of 53 years, Joseph H. Bonarrigo, two daughters, Lindy and her husband, Mark Plevelich of Hummelstown, and Megan Golden of Camp Hill; two sons, Patrick Moran and wife, Susan, of West Chester, and Thomas Moran and wife, Cynthia of Harrisburg; 7 grandchildren; and 2 great-granddaughters; and many nephews and nieces.
She was preceded in death by her sisters, Emma Franceschini, Dolores Stelitano, and brother, Edward Barry.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, March 2, 2013 at 11 AM at St. Theresa Catholic Church with the Rev. Michael McFadden as Celebrant. Private burial will be held in Pittsburgh at the convenience of family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Theresa Catholic Church, 1300 Bridge St., New Cumberland, PA 17070, and/or Hospice of Central PA, 1320 Linglestown Road, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
