Theresa "Trea" D. Christ

Theresa D. "Trea" Christ, 90, of Douglassville and formerly of Camp Hill, died Friday, May 04, 2018, at Keystone Villa, Douglassville.

She was a member of St. Theresa’s Catholic Church, New Cumberland, and a former volunteer at Holy Spirit Hospital, East Pennsboro Twp. Born in Bethlehem on May 13, 1927, she was the daughter of the late John J. and Mary H. (McBride) Devin. She was the widow of James L. Christ.

Surviving are four sons, John J. Christ of Harrisburg, Jeff J. Christ of John's Island, SC, Gary D. Christ (Mary Ellen) of Douglasville, and James L. Christ, Jr., (Jodi) of West Chester; a daughter, Susan C. Dillman (William) of New Cumberland; six grandchildren; a great granddaughter.

Trea loved her family, taking care of her five children, and helping with the grandchildren when needed. She loved gardening, vacationing at the beach, and playing piano. She had a sweet disposition, loved an adventure, and tried to see the positive side of ereryone.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM on Wednesday at St. Theresa Catholic Church, New Cumberland, with the Rev. Michael McFadden as Celebrant. Burial will be in Rolling Green Memorial Park, Lower Allen Twp.

Visitation will be held from 9:30 – 10:30 AM Wednesday in the church.
