Tierney, “Tami” D. Miller, 57, of Camp Hill found eternal peace in Heaven on Sunday, March 5, 2017 at her home surrounded by friends and family.
Tami was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend to so many. Tami loved spending time with her family and always made them a priority. She was a loving wife to her husband, Craig of thirty-two years. Her happiest times were spent raising her son and daughter and more recently spoiling her five beautiful grandbabies, who truly were the light of her life. As the “rock” of her family, nothing made Tami happier than hosting big family dinners and holidays at her home. She was an amazing and talented cook, known for her delicious sticky buns which she happily and lovingly baked and gifted to family and friends. She was a talented photographer and scrap booker, capturing special family memories by photo and preserving them in her beautiful scrapbooks.
Tami loved to laugh and always found the humor in every situation. Her optimism, humor, courage and the deep love she had for her family were what helped her get through her courageous six-year battle with ovarian cancer.
Tami was born March 12, 1959 in Wadena, MN. She was preceded in death by her father, George Carl Koval and far too many friends who shared in her same brave battle from the Pinnacle Health Women’s Cancer Center.
She is survived by her husband, Craig A. Miller; two children, son, Craig A. Miller, Jr. and wife Anne, of Mechanicsburg and daughter, Megan C. Gelburd and husband, Ryan of New Cumberland; mother, Patricia Ann (Blessing) Koval of Hershey; five siblings, Drs. Daniel Koval and wife Penny of Hershey; Greg Koval, Mary Kay Vincent, and Stefanie Schramm and husband Christopher all of Hershey; half- sister, Veronica Koval; numerous nieces and nephews; and her five grandchildren, Parker, Jackson, Lillian, Adalynn, and Charlotte.
