Udine C. (Parthermer) Folk

Udine C. (Parthermer) Folk, 87, formerly of New Cumberland, died Saturday, September 21, 2013 in her residence in Bethany Village West.
She was a member of St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church, New Cumberland; Friends of the New Cumberland Public Library; and the Civic Club of New Cumberland. She was a Holy Spirit Hospital Auxiliary Volunteer and enjoyed music and flowers. But her greatest joy in life was her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Udine was born in New Cumberland to the late Washington and Emma (Willis) Parthermer.
She is survived by her loving husband of more than 67 years, Robert H. Folk; children, R. Gregory Folk of Dillsburg, P. Douglas Folk of Phoenix, AZ, Carolyn U. Manley of Wendell, MA and Robert H. Folk, II of Narberth, PA; nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 10:30 am Saturday, October 12, 2013 in her church, 530 Bridge St. New Cumberland, PA 17070 with the Rev. Elaine M. Dent, her pastor officiating. A visitation will will be held from 10-10:30 am in the church parlor. Private inurnment will be held at the convenience of the family in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, East Hanover Twp., PA.
