Victoria (Capasso) Donofrio

Victoria (Capasso) Donofrio, 87, of Mechanicsburg and formerly of Pittsburgh, passed away Thursday, September 25, 2014 in Harrisburg Hospital.
She was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish in Mechanicsburg and Madonna del Castello Parish, her home church, in Swissvale. She enjoyed playing cards and Bingo, but her greatest love in life was her family and spending time with them.
Mrs. Donofrio was born in Pittsburgh to the late Joseph and Philomena (Cenname) Capasso.
She is survived by her loving husband of more than 61 years, Nicholas Donofrio; her two sons, Thomas Donofrio and wife Maureen of Lewisburg and Nicholas Donofrio and wife Mary Jane of Northville, MI; her daughter Diane Krug and husband Earl of Mechanicsburg; her eight grandchildren; and her sister Theresa (Capasso) Zak of Braddock Hills, PA.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 am on Tuesday, September 30, 2014 in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 310 Hertzler Rd., Mechanicsburg, PA 17055 with the Rev. Msgr. William J. King as Celebrant. Burial will be in All Saints Braddock Catholic Cemetery, Braddock Hills, PA. There will be no viewing or visitation.
