Virginia May Owen Graham, of Mechanicsburg, and formerly of Arlington, VA, died Thursday, May 3, 2018, at UPMC Pinnacle West Shore, Hampden Twp.
She retired as an accountant for the Catholic Dioceses of Arlington, VA; earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Accounting from George Mason University, Fairfax, VA, in 1984; was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Camp Hill Ward; Mensa; Iowa Genealogical Society. Virginia was an avid reader, volunteer and a passionate genealogical researcher, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Born on November 3, 1926, in Des Moines, IA, she was the daughter of the late George R. and Nina E. (Schertz) Owen. She was the widow of Philip Wallace Graham and William O. Sensenbaugh.
Surviving are six children, Jeffrey O. Graham of Manassas Park, VA, Laura J. Graham of Staunton, VA, Robert P. Graham (Cheryl W.) of Tremonton, UT, Mary A. Graham (Dennis J. Kelly) of Amissville, VA, Wendy S. Speck (Thomas A.) of Mechanicsburg, Nancy G. Riggs (Stuart) of Mechanicsburg; eleven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 4:30 – 6 PM on Sunday at 1119 Floribunda Lane, Mechanicsburg.
