W. Dale Mitchell

W. Dale Mitchell, 44, of Upper Allen Twp., Mechanicsburg, died Wednesday, August 24, 2016, at the Carolyn Croxton Slane Hospice Residence, Susquehanna Twp.
He was a former machinist at various companies in the Harrisburg area; attended Penn State College of Technology, Williamsport; an Eagle Scout with B.S.A. Troop #190, Grantham; a Master Certified Scuba Diver and he enjoyed the outdoors. Born on January 29, 1972 in Portsmouth, VA, he was the son of H. M. "Mitch" and Priscilla A. (Watts) Mitchell of Mechanicsburg.
In addition to his parents, surviving are two brothers and their wives, Kevin E. and Wendy M. of Mt. Airy, MD, and John H. and Wendy S. of New Cumberland; three nephews, Zack, Jeremy and Justin, and a niece, Megan.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
